• Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, etc.)

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before pickup.
• Late cancellations may incur charges.
• If the driver is already dispatched, the full fare may be charged.
• No-shows are billed in full.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Specialty Vehicles (Limousines, Sprinters, Party Buses, etc.)

• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancellations.
• Late cancellations may result in charges up to the full booking amount.
• No-shows will be charged completely.
• Rescheduling requires at least 7 days’ notice and depends on availability.

Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation timeframe. Processing times may vary.

• Waiting Time & Additional Charges

Airport Pickups

• Domestic flights include 30 minutes of free waiting time.
• International flights include 45 minutes of free waiting time.

After the complimentary period, waiting charges will apply.

Waiting Charges

• Standard vehicles are billed in smaller time increments (15–30 minutes).
• Specialty vehicles are billed in full hourly increments.

We monitor and record wait times to ensure accurate billing. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.

Any content you submit (such as reviews or feedback) may be used by us for business purposes, including promotion and service improvement, without additional compensation.
